Pro-Wedge Model VM-20 (VM-20AU/A)

The all-in-one low-cost, lightweight wedge welder! Installers use it to weld everything from thin PVC to geotextiles to thick HDPE geomembranes and everything in between all around the world.

Features of the Pro-Wedge VM20

• High speed and lightweight for thin and flexible materials like PVC and geotextilesx
• High torque and heavy-duty for the thickest smooth or textured HDPE
• It’s simple to load and use. When welding thin materials, the loading time is longer and the initial “burn-out” is smaller.
• Weld varied material thicknesses, such as 40, 60, and 80 mils, without adjusting the set-up.
• For high-speed in-house manufacture, sheet overlap guides and track attachment are provided.
• Reinforced polypropylene is welded up to 32 feet per minute
• Buttons for speed and temperature are simple push-button controls.

Optional features include:

• FK-100 Fabrication kit for in-house fabrication with travel plate and sheet lap guides
• Front with a lot of space (tube style) 4″ diameter trip rollers or single rollers
