We’ve integrated features and functionalities into its design to suit the needs of the most demanding welding experts, based on our many years of experience in the plastic welding sector.

• With an extended guarantee, a powerful drive motor with a “bullet-proof” gearbox and custom-built armature and windings.
• High-precision gears (interchangeable with existing Pro-X and Pro-X4 units) for extremely silent operation and longer drive motor life. GUARANTEED!
• It’s simple to diagnose and repair electronic components with this small control box. Switches are protected from direct sunlight and inadvertent touch with the cover.
• Inside the control box is an exclusive pre-heat blower. Brushless and low-maintenance No more top-mounted hot air gun!
• Pre-heat and barrel temperatures are measured and controlled separately, with electronic “cold start” safety.
• The ergonomic wrap-around handle can be simply adjusted for right-handed or left-handed usage.
• Preventing pre-heat air from burning a hole in the liner material, the handle doubles as a support, making it nearly hard to tip the welder over.
• High flow rates are achieved with minimal load on the drive motor thanks to the hardened screw and barrel.
• The non-twisting rod feed mechanism makes welding rod management easy. Works with rods that are 4 or 5 millimetres in diameter.
• The temperature is kept under tight control using a custom 1200W barrel heater.
