This plastic extrusion is the first in China to provide dual independent heating of base material and welding rod, digital temperature control display, motor cold start protection and other functions. This extrusion welding gun uses 3400w hot air blower to heat the base material independently, and is equipped with an anti-scalding design welding nozzle. The Japanese Hikoki electric drill is used as the extrusion motor. It has a small body, convenient operation, strong power, continuous welding. It has high-efficiency welding quality for thick plastic plates. WIN 600B is mainly used for welding of PE, PP and other thermoplastic materials such as plates, membranes, pipes, water tanks, and plastic parts.

Cold Start Protection of drive motor
